Weren't even broke down, just went in to check how many more miles I had left on my windshield wipers and wouldn't you know it was Dolly's day off.

We were in town on vacation. Our van developed a bad oil leak. We had to have it fixed before our return. Bill got our van in right away. We had to wait on a part to get delivered. He got the van all prepared for the new gasket. Once it got delivered they got right to putting things back together. The van was done quickly. I am very thankful that I called Bill for the service work. He was honest, knowledge, and fast. I would get work done here again if needed. If you are in Pigeon Forge and need repair work. He is the best choice.

On my way down to Pigeon Forge my driver wiper arm stopped working during a rain storm. Called Bills and they were able to get me in and on my way in a day! Didn’t cost an arm and a leg either. For those needing service I recommend 100%!!

Fair and fast! Had out AC recharged, quick and inexpensive. Mechanics were friendly and pleasant. Will return for future car needs. Thanks!
