I called Mark and he was able to get me in the next morning. I needed to have a part installed on my car. Mark was very friendly and welcoming. He diagnosed the problem to assure I needed the part and then went straight to work. I was in and out within a hour. I was happy to find a professional and efficient garage near my home.

This place restores my faith in humanity! What a pleasure to do business with someone who is willing to go above and beyond. It's a bad feeling to have car issues when you are hundreds of miles from home and don't know where to go. I stopped st the jeep rental place and asked if there was a repair shop they could recommend. They sent me here to Mark and I am so grateful that they did. He realized we were I a jam and he moved us right to the front. Replaced my water pump very quickly and had me back on the road in no time. I wish I could give a 100 star review for Wear Valley Brakes and auto! They are salt of the earth!

Mark bailed us out after I cooked the brakes in my car. Got the vehicle to him and had it back the next day, no further issues. Very quick, very professional, would absolutely recommend the shop to anyone in a similar bind

Took me a few weeks to get to my review, but my experience was wonderful with Mark. We were in Townsend on a vacation and Mark saved the week with his knowlege and skill. I had blown plug on my old Ford 250 (V10) and had a roadside repair done while pulling a 30 foot camper. When I reached my destination I noticed my truck was misfiring. We found Mark's shop, which was just around the corner from where we like to stay in Townsend. He had me pull right in and he quickly identifed the problem. Which was with the improper roadshide repair, which ended up being a band-aid. He got me fixed up in short order, while we chatted like we had been neighbors for years. Mark saved us. Twice! First he got us in quickly for an axel change when we were on vacation. He dropped us off at a coffee shop while he worked on the car and picked us back up when it was done. Prices were reasonable and the work was perfect! Then, on our way back to Oklahoma, our axel decided to break coming down the mountain. My husband is a mechanic but was not with us on the trip. He was able to reach Mark who went out of his way on his day of to get the part, make sure we made it to Wears Valley when our car was getting towed, and fixed our car quickly and without issue.
