They are a great car repair company. They have worked on all of our Toyotas for at least six years, handling maintenance and minor repairs. They do their best to serve and be honest with the customer. When mistakes are made—which is rare—they make it right. They are a little more expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Firstly, let me say this review will be long, but if you read it all the way through, it should shed light on my one-star rating. I’d like to start off by saying that the people I spoke with on the phone were very polite, professional, and handled my questions and concerns perfectly. That being said, I am very disappointed in the individual who “inspected” my vehicle. I dropped off one of my work trucks because I didn’t have time to fix the issue myself. I told them it was a U-joint going bad, and the gentleman on the phone said that was no problem—they’d be more than happy to fix it. However, he explained that they couldn’t guarantee that would solve the issue unless they performed an inspection first, which I completely understood and approved.
