Herring and Son Collision

I brought in my Ford Edge after driving my car for a year after getting in an accident. I was so afraid my car was totaled. I took my car in, Travis took a look at my car and the estimate he gave me to get it fixed put me at ease. I did not even use insurance. I decided to pay out of pocket. Herring and Son Staff are very professional, friendly, personable, and very experienced/competent at their jobs. One other thing I appreciate is how much they care about educating their customers on what they are doing to their cars by showing and explaining. I can see the work they did on my car just shows how much they care about what they do and their priority is to deliver the best customer service and fast. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all my questions, and made me feel confident in the decisions being made. I would like to thank Herring and Son Collison for doing a wonderful job on my Lexus. I had the opportunity to meet with Travis and discuss what happened. He took the time to explain in detail what to expect, especially since this was my first collision repair. After that discussion I knew this was going to be who would be doing the repair. You won't find better customer service anyplace else! These folks truly fight on your behalf with the auto insurance companies. They are reasonably priced, honest, trustworthy, dependable and have quick turn around. Highly recommend if your car is ever in an accident.

Very good experience with vehicle repairs at Herring & Son in Youngsville. Fair price, excellent workmanship, and on time. They give sound dependable advice options for some of projects they did for me. They are definitely the best collision repair shop in this area.
