He takes the time to explain what needs to be addressed and ensures you are ready on time. Looking to get a lift or upgrades to your vehicle this is the best place around.

I took my Jeep Gladiator to Lifted Lou's to have gears installed along with a few body accessories i had purchased. As luck would have it, my truck gave the shop a hard time and things did not go as planned. It was at no fault of the shop, but they went out of the way to make sure I was taken care of, my truck was taken care of and most importantly, that I was happy. In a day and time when customer service seems to be a rarity, the staff at Lifted Lou's are setting a high standard. 10 out of 10 would recommend and will certainly be taking my truck back for any future needs.
Lifted Lou’s came highly recommended on jeep group pages and now I understand why. I recently brought my new to me 2003 slightly (haha) modified jeep wrangler TJ to Kyle and he took time out of his day to check it over for safety. He did a thorough inspection and was pointing out things that could become issues later and even gave advice on remedies I could do myself. I’m pretty mechanically inclined myself but the only jeeps I had knowledge of were YJs so the built TJ was a big learning curve. It’s very rare to find a mechanic that is talented and honest but Kyle is definitely both of those. He even suggested a different shop for work that he did not have great knowledge of.
