Awesome people, Awesome service at an awesome price. My typical tire I've ridden on forever is now way overpriced. Scottie went over and above to find a tire with the same specs and longer life for half the money. You can count on these guys to do right by you.

I brought my car into this shop and had them diagnose what I suspected to be an electrical issue after I had hit a massive pot hole. They looked it over and gave me a diagnosis that wasn’t electrical and seemed plausible. They were honest and told me they thought the work needed to be done, but they didn’t try and pressure me into getting it done ASAP which I very much appreciated. A few weeks later I had new symptoms appear that also pointed to an electrical issue, and I gave them a call. They agreed to look it over again at no extra cost. I talked with the tech (Patrick) for a few minutes before leaving my car with them. We used to take our car to another company, but it seemed like every time we got it back there was a new issue. The most recent problem was a disconnected hose that had not been properly reattached, which was frustrating and made it difficult to trust the work being done. Last week my car would not start, and Victory Tire and Auto was able to fit us in that same morning. They quickly addressed the issue and got us back on the road. Then the following week my car would not start again. I brought it back, and instead of just treating the immediate problem, they took the time to inspect everything more thoroughly. I've been here since I moved to the area and they've always been reliable and trustworthy with fair pricing. They've worked on my family vehicles for brakes, inspection, and maintenance. I recently needed clutch work and I don't trust most shops on manual transmissions anymore. Victory has a ton of experience since they go way back and the owner took the car out to provide an expert assessment. The work was flawless and pricing was very reasonable. Would highly recommend if you want a trustworthy shop.
