I have a contractual route picking up freight for a big name supplier. Been doing it for almost 3 yrs. Since the past year, plant 2 is late for pickups every single day, even though my contract is specified for a certain time due to freight requirements. Being late here and there, which can be understandable. But it’s out of hand now. Shipping management is really needing improvement. Good luck if you do business with them.
you must be prepared to wait over an hour. these people do not know the word apointment. just walking around, just very lazy.
