⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I can’t say enough good things about Michael in the Service Department at Al Serra Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram. He is always professional, friendly, and incredibly helpful every time I come in. He takes the time to explain everything clearly, keeps me updated, and makes the whole service experience stress-free. Customer service like his is hard to find these days. Michael consistently goes above and beyond, and the dealership is lucky to have him. I genuinely hope this review helps him get the recognition he deserves. I was very happy with my experience with Randy at Serra. The paper work was all in order even though I added side steps to the Ram at the last minute. Randy Collick was awesome, I did my trade on a whim- Thursday made the decision by Friday at 5 Randy found me a great car with a payment I felt comfortable in. Got me out of my Ram into a Durango. Austin Jozwiak was fantastic to work with! He definately knows his stuff and because he was so efficient the Saturday we test drove my vehicle we were able to finish the process of turning in my leased 2021 Gladiator and leaving in my new leased 2025 Jeep Grand Cherokee L fairly quickly the following Tuesday. He even walked me through all the bells and whistles and made sure I felt comfortably informed before leaving. I very much appreciate the friendly professionalism and expedience he provides. 10/10 recommend working with Austin. My kids are loving my new ride and I am loving that it handles AMAZING in the snow!
