Pit Stop Oil Change

I would’ve and should’ve gone anywhere else. I brought my car in for a simple transmission fluid change, paid, and left thinking everything was fine. Later, I checked my receipt and saw it listed Mobil 1 ATF — but my vehicle specifically requires Dexron 6 certified fluid, which Mobil 1 ATF isn’t. When I called back the same day, I was told on the phone that the barrel said “Dexron 6 approved” and that they had used Mobil 1 ATF. Fast forward — the barrel doesn’t say that anywhere, and in fact, they don’t even use Mobil 1 ATF. The only fluid they carry is from a local vendor, Accurate Lubricants (Southfield, MI) — confirmed later by the manager himself. Yet my receipt still shows Mobil 1 ATF. Visited today in the bitter cold (I'm so sorry lol). Altron and Derrick were phenomenal. Fast service, no hassle, checked my tires and filled my windshield wash. I had a $10 off coupon from their website and altron happily applied it. We were in and out within no time and had some laughs along the way

Great place. Fast, friendly service. I've never had a problem with anything here. I just bought a used car, and I didn't know when the last time the oil was changed, so I took it here, and they said it's still looked good. They could have just changed it and charged me, but instead they were honest, and I really appreciate that.
