Brought my 2020 Tacoma in because of a low oil pressure warning and the engine sounding louder than usual. $185 later, they tell me its normal because the truck had been sitting. It had been sitting because it started doing all that while I was driving it every day in much warmer weather. Either way, the low oil pressure warning isn't normal for this truck. Instead of offering to try replacing something like maybe the oil pressure sensor, I was recommended a drive belt replacement and brake fluid flush for a quote of $515. I declined both services online and never heard back from them. Apparently they're allergic to calling their customers and leaving voicemails to indicate when the vehicle is ready for pickup. Recently, my wife and I visited Randy Wise Toyota in Grand Blanc, MI. The dealership opened in early 2025. Our salesman, Brian Watson, listened to my questions and provided clear answers. We were also welcomed by Stefan Schmelzer, sales manager, who made us feel right at home. He explained the trade-in price as well as the discounts from the MSRP pricing. The final cost was very reasonable. Next we met Julia Roberts, finance manager, who is another top-notch professional who handled the required paperwork smoothly and efficiently. Bought my first new car from these guys! We’re very friendly and transparent with pricing, no hidden fees, just taxes and registration. Santino was very friendly and was able to help me close on my new purchase even after they were closed for the day. Very accommodating! Would 100% recommend this place to anyone looking to get a new or used Toyota, (even though I left with a basically new Honda!)

Yesterday I set an appointment up for a wheel alignment. They did tire rotations. Lied about it and said my car was fixed. I get back in the car start driving and obviously I instantly knew that they didn’t do the right thing. So I Walt’s back inside and say kindly that they didn’t do what was asked of them. He proceeded to say they couldn’t do it today and that they don’t have anything until Saturday. Mind you my appointment was at 1:30pm showed up at 1:15, went back inside to tell them they dint fix what I asked at 2:03pm. You’re telling me you can too what you were supposed to do in the first place the second time came in to ask for you to do the right thing? And all he could say is sorry didn’t try to figure something out or anything. And then today on December 31st they have openings
