Great place to go for repairs. They're honest about what you need and what you don't and that's most important to me. I went in for a problem and after describing the issue they checked out my ball joints and tie rods and determined that they were definitely going out, but told me they were maybe a 3 or 4 out of 10 on how bad they were. I need my car for work and said I might as well take care of it now instead of later. Afterwards they decided that wasn't quite bad enough to be what was really causing my issue. So they decided to drive the car and give it a second look and determined that the real problem was a broken wheel bearing. Took my van here last year as soon as I got it for a jerk it was doing when I got up to 40! They did roughly $1800 worth of work! Well here we are almost a year later I take it back for the same thing! And they tell me I need a new transmission, hub bearings and a sway bar link! No lights on the dash and the car drives good except when I get to 40 it goes back to normal! Picked the van up and took it to my mechanic in Detroit!!!! As I knew I didn’t need a trans but they stated everything on my front end was lose they did the bearings and link and some other front end work and my van is driving Great and about $6000 cheaper and everything was checked and done properly! I will never return neither of my cars here! How do you mis diagnose a transmission smh! I will be reaching out to better

Andy worked with me patiently and professionally until we found just the right Firestone tires for my David Pearson 68 Ford Torino tribute car. Would have given 5 stars if the price had been better - or a least throw in the road hazard!!!

Went in for a slow air leak. Instead of just fixing the tire, they tried to upsell my husband by lying about the tread depth. My husband didn't bite (newer tires with plenty of tread) and said he just wanted the tire patched. They then lied again and said the tire couldn't be repaired - claiming the nail was in the tire wall - and insisted he needed to buy $500 in new tires. Sensing a scam, my husband had them just put the spare on. The same day, we took it to a different repair shop. They found the nail immediately - where the Belle Tire team clearly marked it - in the tread of the tire and patched it for us for free within minutes. They also said the tire tread was perfectly fine, nearly new. Be careful taking your car to Belle Tire in Grand Blanc for a tire repair. They're dishonest.
