I am from Texas and was in Northport to visit my mother-in-law. She was having trouble with a dripping toilet, and I discovered the part needed was unusual because the commode is 24-years old. She had heard good things about Alabama Mobile Home & Camper Service @5601 Skyland in Cottondale, so we went to them for help. Before going, I called and verified they do stock toilet parts, but she wanted to go browse anyway, so I didn’t ask about anything specific. On the phone, they answered immediately and were respectful. The same was true when we arrived on 03/29/23. Though they did have some parts, they weren’t what we needed. However, the employee that helped us, Jonathan, taught me a trick he had learned through experience and training- putting vaseline on the toilet flapper to add weight, r

Purchased a water heater from them and had them send someone to install. The next day, still no hot water. Called several times to rectify this problem. Was told that was not their man and they weren't responsible. Poor service and do not stand behind what they sell. Do not recommend them.

Needed a furnace blower motor, and they had the exact one needed in stock and at a reasonable price. The guy behind the counter was very nice and professional.

I didnt mean to rate them. I dont want to rate them anything. I was very disappointed with my purchase. I was told 1 price but was charged another higher price. Would not use them again.
