Zach, Brad, and Ben were great! We were able to do the majority of the sell over the phone due to us living about 2 hours away. Zach had the vehicle ready Saturday. We were there maybe 1.5 hours. They really made the whole transaction smooth and seamless. We will return when we are ready for another vehicle.

We took our 2021 Tahoe for a torque converter going out, which we have an extended warranty and it is covered. HOWEVER this process should’ve taken no more than a week to get with the warranty, have an inspection, the get the work done. We were out of a vehicle for over 3 weeks. They DO NOT COMMUNICATE ANYTHING ABOUT YOUR VEHICLE TO YOU WHAT SO EVER. When the replacement work was starting (of course you have to pull the transmission out for this) THEY broke the the transmission case, and decided not to tell us UNTIL we called to see how things were going. This goes on and on FOR DAYS. Between speaking with Jared, Andrea and Jennifer they continuously kept denying the tech had any fault in the breaking of the transmission housing, however they stated THEY WOULD COVER IT AND NOT MAKE US PAY

I came to get my tires and oil changed I suggested my tires be replaced due to tire pressure going down 2 days after every fill. They replied the tires were fine now this was Wednesday February 25th they filled my tires and I went on my way. Air pressure went out in my tires again yesterday Thursday February 26th

After lowballing our trade-in, their best counteroffer was… a full tank of gas. That’s it. No money. No movement. Just vibes and unleaded. ⛽️ Which is especially impressive considering our family has purchased THREE vehicles from this dealership. Apparently loyalty earns you exactly 400 miles of silence and disappointment. I appreciate the gesture—gas is expensive—but unless the tank was filled with premium optimism and regret, it didn’t quite close the difference. I didn’t realize I was negotiating at a gas station, but here we are.
