Best Customer Service! I spoke with sales manager Brad about my truck interest and I worked with DeMichael to make my purchase for my 1st truck! DeMichael is a great salesman. My whole experience with the service department has been an absolute nightmare. I came in for my regular service in February 2025. Where they didn’t add enough oil, shortly after my service my car threw a notification stating engine oil low. There was NO oil on the dipstick. Brought it back to the dealership where I was told they did not put enough oil in there. Then they over filled it by 2 quarts. At this point they wanted to start an oil consumption test. I’ve driven an hour one way the past 6 months to have this checked, we’ve had to start over in the middle of the 5k miles because the techs weren’t doing the process right. The Service/Maintenance Department Manager is contentious and very unprofessional. Jennifer Irvin!!! Cannot be the best they have!! I asked her for her bosses name, she tells me.. She’s it.. My Son’s Truck came there originally for tires and oil change. No Engine light was on at the time. I picked it up, when I started it, the engine light was on.. I went got Andrea,(service Rep) she plugged a gadget in, I left the truck. She called me and said it was internal failure with the oil pump. I agreed to get it fixed,$4,400. I came back some days later to pick up the truck, I get half way home, it starts shaking, engine light flashing.. I have it towed. They tell me it’s the lifters. Jared is the best. He is always willing to work with you and your time frame. He makes sure Billy can get me to work on time and Billy is amazing as well they both are sweet and caring and gets the job done. Jared is always good about answering my calls and answering any questions I have and if he don't know he finds some thing out for me they always go the extra mile for me. Jared, Billy and salesman John are the 3 best people and I always ask for them 3 to do business with everytime I come there. Thank you guys for being the best and always being helpful.

It took over an hour and a half after my appointment time for the garage to even start my oil change/tire rotation. Overall, this short service that takes under 10 minutes took over 2 hours.
