Smith's automotive what can I say about them let's see they are the most professional most dependable mechanic shop I've ever deal with. From a lovely lady at the front desk to the owner to the mechanics to their shop is by far the only place I will ever go to. I'm a senior citizen my money's tight. They do very very quality work for a very reasonable price. They know that my time is valuable my car goes in in the morning and it is out no later than 3:00 every time I've carried it there. I cannot say enough about Smith's automotive. Only thing I can tell you is try them you will have the same opinion of them that I do don't let me be misleading. Very nice people even Mr smith himself was very welcoming and kind. The lady in the office was also amazing and I was always greeted with kindness and a smile. They diagnosed my Cadillac SRX within a week. I asked to drop it off a couple of days early because of a problem with a ride and he was very accommodating with that so it was there a little over a week because of dropping it off early. The work we were quoted was $3,374 and some change. My Cadillac isnt worth fixing for that amount of money especially since we do have extra cars to drive. I don’t miss it that bad to put that much money into it. Here’s where one of the stars ⭐️ I took off comes in. Smith Automotive went above and beyond for me. They replaced two transmissions—not their fault either time—and still honored the warranty, even though it was nearly expired. No charge at all, and they even paid for the towing! The staff is incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. You can tell they truly care about their customers.
