All American Auto Pros

For much “positive reviews” that this place has, it didn’t live up my expectations and I’ll share why. I brought two parts for my motorcycle to have them painted at this shop. Afer waiting over two weeks this was the result; 1- Not only parts were not sanded, but it seems as if they were painted on the same day they told me to pick them up because of a lot of imperfections. 2- The color was not expertly matched with the OEM piece I brought for reference. (See pictures) 3- The OEM piece was left somewhere in that shop where some sort of sprayed material landed on it damaging the surface. (didn’t even heard an apology for that) I claim to them about it which they responded ‘I would not get a better result with fiberglass’, telling me that fiberglass is not easy to handle, I was charged $5

For the Seinfeld fans out there "He even cleaned the peephole". I'll begin by saying that sometimes taking a risk pays off. I was shopping around to get my 2020 Merc E450 Cabriolet wrapped instead of doing what I usually do when i get that itch, and buy a new car. I came across Bergen County Auto Pros because they are in my neighborhood, and not through social media or other advertising methods. I met with George and he spent quite a lot of time listening to what I wanted and providing me with options. I later visited a few other more established places and heard them out but I was armed with more knowledge thanks to George. Ultimately I came back to George and gave them the job. I can't tell you why I chose Bergen County Auto Pros other than that George came across as very genuine and

I'm going to agree with previous posters who mentioned this is more than a detailing center. The level of service at All American Auto Pros is incredible. I paid for a detail on a truck that I was preparing to turn in off lease, and they went FAR above and beyond. Repaired scratches and made the truck better than showroom. Cannot recommend highly enough. Perfect communication, and service.

5/5 stars for exceptional service! I brought my Jeep Cherokee to All American Auto Pros for a detailing service. I spoke to the owners about my concerns and they exceeded all expectations. They were accommodating to my schedule and kept me informed on the progress of my vehicle. I was so pleased with the service that I brought my other vehicle the next day. I will return again. Excellent car detailing. Car looks brand new. They were able to take the car immediately and finished detailing by the end of the day. There was a large sum of money that was hidden in the car from the previous car owner. The gentleman that worked on the car found the wallet and returned it to us. Extremely honest of him to do. Would recommend this business to anyone for both services and honest hospitality.
