I had neglected my 2015 Honda Accord for too long, I needed it ton of work. A friend recommended Kareem at Dumont BP. I left my Honda with him on a Tuesday evening, he called me Wednesday explained in detail what it needed along w/price. When I picked it up on Friday afternoon I felt like I was driving a brand new car. I highly recommend Kareem at Dumont BP, I am a customer for life.

Kareem is rude and entitled. I asked him to look at a tire leak, and he refused to work on my car despite my willingness to pay for a new tire. I had to take the car to another shop where another mechanic was able to order a new tire and replace it in less than 3 hours. Avoid Kareem at all costs.
