I had an amazing experience with Next Gen Auto Body. First off, Neel the owner was great! He always kept me in the loop with updates and delivered exactly what he promised if not better. The quality of the repair was amazing and the turn around time was quicker than he originally informed me. I highly recommend Neel and his team to everyone who is looking for a reputable auto body shop.

Hit a deer with my jeep and didn’t want to go through insurance. Offered me a fair price and the staff took care of me and had me back in my car within a few days. One of my best experiences with any body shop. Would highly recommend

Horrible experience! I wouldn’t recommend these guys to my worst enemy. First, Neil (or however you spell his name) acted the part were easy to get and gave me a timeline of about 6 weeks. It took 3x as long and when I came back to get my car, every check engine light was one and the car was making noise. Not only that he tried to charge $1000 more than the agreed price only for me to go to the dealer still! Neil and the next gen auto team forgot to install a wheel sensor for my car. A $700 repair from the dealership. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone! Be careful!

I recently had work done at Next Gen and overall, my experience was solid. The staff was friendly and communicative—they walked me through the needed repairs, showed before/after photos, and kept me updated throughout the process. The facility was clean and well‑organized, which gave me confidence they cared about quality. When I got my car back, the paint matched up perfectly, all dents and scratches were properly fixed, and the finish looked as if they took pride in their craftsmanship. Thank you Neel!

I regret choosing this shop after it was recommended to me. When I picked up my car, I found more than six scratches that were definitely not there before. The way my vehicle was handled felt careless, and I couldn’t help but feel that customers with more expensive cars were given priority. Unfortunately, my experience left me very disappointed. If you value your vehicle, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
