I had a great experience at Midas - Dumont. They fixed my car and truly got it back on the road running like new. Darren, the desk manager, took the time to explain everything clearly and made sure I understood what needed to be done. He also recommended great quality parts that were right for my vehicle. Even though the repair took about three days, the results were absolutely worth the wait. Honest service, clear communication, and excellent work — highly recommend!

Extremely Disappointed and Frustrated -Midas Dumont I came to this shop for ONE simple issue, and instead I left with my car in far worse condition. My BMW specialist informed me that the techs here overtightened and damaged components they should never have touched. This wasn’t an accident — this was careless, unprofessional work. What’s worse is that they tried to upsell me on things I didn’t even come in for. I trusted them as a neighborhood business, hoping to build a good relationship and support a local shop. That trust was completely misplaced. Midas has great service and customer service. The professionals on team, educate you on vehicle, give photo evidence, and update you on the condition of the health your car. My daily has been coming here for almost 2 years now with no issues . Highly recommend for getting your car serviced.
