The entire process in the Service Dept. was easy and everyone was professional. The gentleman who set my appt up was courteous and accommodating, even when I had to reschedule. Normally, I work with Wyatt and he is the ultimate, but he was busy, so I worked with Leslie, and he was wonderful too! He was friendly, courteous, and very professional! I'm not sure where you're finding these guys for the Service Dept., but they're all awesome!! I love your Service Department!! Don't let them change and please support them because they're a standard of service we don't have in Killeen but sorely need!! Thanks for the great service!!

Kirsten and Justin went over and beyond fixing my car with all the electronic issues it was having bought it at another dealership and they wouldn’t help me after a lot of back and forth and a lot of calls with Warranty and all the issues we been having, spending a lot more time in shop then being able to drive car they finally got it fixed knocked down price I would definitely recommend this shop more then any other place and definitely recommended these two service riders more then anyone else! Amanda and Leslie were super helpful and made sure I was aware of all payment options available to me. Leslie called a Lyft for me to get back and pick up my car after repairs were completed. 10/10 keep these 2 on your staff. My car was diagnosed and fully repaired within 24 hours. (Shift to Park error in a Chevy Traverse needed gear shift replacement, and front brake pads replaced)
The overall customer service was great. PRO: The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He ensure that my vehicle was handled with care and attentiveness. CON: Waiting for approximately an hour for a shuttle that didn't show up was quite disheartening. If you have no desire to wait around, you may want to call someone to pick you up or call UBER, LYFT.
