All Star Dodge Chryler Jeep Ram Parts Department

This is a review for Mopar factory parts I did order some part from my Jeep Wrangler, 2017 with the VIN number and they send me the parts deliver and comes out. Those part was for dodge Challenger. so I speak to them over the phone cracked everything they sent me that return with the shipping label and they’re supposed to send my money via a check and still waiting for that check for us almost 2 months now and I’m trying to contact with them with the email and over the phone. They not even responding none of them really disappointed guys!!

This was my first contact with this service center. I bought my 2015 Jeep Renegade in California and moved to Missouri and the one in California sucked and they were never able to fix the vehicle which gave us problems within the first month of having it, so I am hoping this one will be better. I will be updating the review after service is complete. Making the appointment was fairly easy and I appreciate the guidance on where to pull up when I bring it in for the service. Person who assisted was friendly and I have no complaints about his customer service. I was not too pleased with having to make an appointment. Parts sales team was awesome, I had great experience on a pre call to see if they had the parts available and they had them ready for pick up in less than 20min as it was like mid afternoon in a Friday. Great job!

Appointment at 8AM. Was released to me a bit after 1:30PM. Picked up about 4PM. Installed a secondary shift detent, and a hitch (to protect against rear impacts. ) Was told they switched a few related parts no charge. Shift is tighter, rear looks straiter, slightly higher. Feels solid. Pleased. Appreciate the work. This morning, 8AM stopped in for the appointment. Dropped off. Very positive. Taken right in. Came back about 9:15, not even intending to talk to any one, just see from outside the progress. Vehicle is parked outside in a standing Que. Clearly not a 3 hour. Maybe they needed parts (that were not ordered over the last 2 weeks?). Stopped in to ask, was told the 3 hours was labor only. There was a priority service I could have requested?
