If your number does NOT match and you're not looking to buy a car, don't waste a trip.

My shared experience was bad.. it was a scam and I watched someone go through hell with them. The dealership lied several times about the condition of The vehicles, The contract details and its obligations. Also it Took 2 additional weeks to have their vehicle ready for pick up after they purchased and test drive it , They said it was due to "maintenance " but the car has no issues?? Then it was found out through car fax and paying for a FULL inspection, mind you after asking and being told no it definitely had not been in any accidents .. was informed that the vehicle had infact been in a previous accident and been repaired. awful...waited 5 weeks for a simple service appointment for recall work and a check engine light repair for a vehicle under warranty. No loaners available, multiple 30 plus minute phone calls sitting on hold, they WILL NOT call you back when they say they will, you cant even call and get an update, they will stick you on hold and let you sit there until you hang up. Your car will sit here for WEEKS and not get touched, making an appointment doesn't help. Couldnt be more disappointed.

Horrible mechanics brought my jeep up there several times My Jeep was overheating. They called me told me it was fixed. I was stuck on the side of the road. The next day. They told me to bring it back. They fixed the reservoir . Two weeks later, the same thing happened again .They said I had a crack radiator , they replaced the radiator and left something unplugged . So frustrating again I was stuck on the side of the road still doing the same thing Overheating .Took it back then they told me I needed a new engine . since they put the new engine in my jeep it has not ran the same my functions don’t work anymore. It snowed. I couldn’t use the snow functions ,it states unavailable When I try to use the all wheel drive, it states unavailable the Jeep Dealer supposed to be certified mechanics
