All Star Ford Service Center

Orlando and Jacob saved the day! 6pm traffic on Airline Hwy and I hear a pop. A tire on my brand new Navigator Reserve starts deflating fast - a mile from the All Star dealership! With 12psi I roll in to a closed service department and those 2 angels happened to still be there. They opened the bay and installed the spare, kept the rim and ordered a new tire to arrive the next day. 25 minutes and I was back on my way. The next day my pretty black rimmed tire was back on AND I used my Lincoln bucks to offset the cost! Everything worked out so well I wasn’t even upset that I just had to replace a brand new tire on my brand new car! I was on my way to Bible Study so the Lord was looking out for me! I’ve used other Ford service centers in the past, and All-Star Ford’s service center is a step above the rest. From booking the appointment, to pickup/delivery, and the speed of the service, it was a smooth and pleasant experience. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Everyone made my experience very satisfying. From the people who schedule the service to the Service Advisor and the Techs who did the work they all was professional. I kept me informed to the status of my vechicle through out entire process.
