Traveling from Texas to Louisiana in a rental car, we ended up with a nail in our tire. Thankfully, we found this shop right off the highway. Benton immediately called the rental company and got everything sorted so we could get a new tire and get back on the road. He even stayed after hours to make sure payment was handled and the vehicle was safe and ready to go. Huge thank you to Benton and the entire team for taking such great care of us!

Man, I don't like bad reviews and I rarely leave them. But, here goes... The sales process over the phone went very well. Coming from the tire industry myself, I noticed that they've set the business model up so that when you call, you may get a regional salesman who is very talented at sales, and I mean that in the best way. It's a noble profession and Kudos to my salesman, Tim. Now. My truck is falling apart. If it weren't a P.O.S. there wouldn't have been a problem. But it is, so it's quirky. When I pointed out the two important things (Let me personally start it back up, and don't open the passenger door), both of these things were ignored. Tracey is a gem to work with! She honored a tire special from another supplier to keep my business. They are quick, efficient and professional. Nathan is always welcoming and helpful as well.

We purchased new tires for my jeep at Chabills one year ago, went in for the annual maintenance/checking alignment, brakes & hoses. I have never brought my vehicle back in to get checked out and never been charged a dime. They even filled up my tires to proper air pressure- closed out the ticket. They live up to their promise!
