I was assisted by guy named Joseph he was very friendly and courteous. It's that kind of friendly, helpful service that elevates the experience beyond just a car wash. After 24 hours on the road and what felt like every bug in the country stuck to my car, I pulled into White Water Express in Prairieville absolutely desperate for a reset. And wow — they delivered! 🙌 Joe and team was friendly, the process was quick, and my car came out looking brand new — spotless, shiny, and bug-free! I especially appreciate how thorough the wash was, even getting all those stubborn spots off the windshield and grille. The free vacuums, window wash solution, interior cleaning solution with free towels and attention to detail are the cherries on top. If you’ve been on a long trip or just need your car to sparkle again, this is the place to go. Five stars all the way! 🚗✨
Great carwash. I used another carwash for years. When I moved to Prairieville I discovered Whitewater. They staff provides excellent service and the towels are a huge bonus. I highly recommend!
I could not compliment this place enough! The workers seem to love their job, and the management is top of the line. Everyone is so respectful and nice. I do not go anywhere else to get my car washed, because WhiteWater makes me feel at home.
Nate provided great customer service for me. Very nice guy and respectful guy. He deserves a raise. The best employee for Whitewater Car wash!
