Could not be more pleased with me experience from Zims! They had the best prices on tires and was even able to get a level kit put on for the same price as just tires from some other places. The customer service was great and they were awesome to work with. Will absolutely be doing business with them again!

I brought my truck to them ready for alignment on the first visit, they did the work and suggested i get aftermarket upper control arms to match my lift and it was strongly adviced if i wanted to stop my wheels from wearing on the inside so that then they could get the numbers a little closer. I ordered the parts and did the work a SECOND time. Brought it back to them two weeks later to pay full price for the alignment a SECOND time. A month goes by and I find out that what they suggested was wrong and so now I have to go back in and change out those parts ( NOT FUN ) for the THIRD time bc of their poor advice.. I called to see if they could help cover the THIRD alignment.. NOPE, just sorry we cant do that but we can get it aligned at full price after u get the work done AGAIN! I am highl

You know what I don’t enjoy? Car troubles, car repairs, basically anything to do with a vehicle. You know what I DO enjoy? When trouble strikes with my vehicle, I always know I can count on Zim’s to deliver on the best customer service, quick repair service, and the price is very reasonable and fair. I also love that they are transparent and I never feel like I’m in the dark about what to expect. The waiting area is super clean and comfortable and inviting. If you ever have car troubles, they are definitely my first choice every time!

Great place and great people! Nick knew exactly what size tires would work best for my truck without needing suspension upgrades. I appreciated his honesty when he went over the pros and cons of each option. Will be back for sure.
