All Washed Up Auto Wash

Well, I always thought it was a good deal and a decent job until I tried to cancel my monthly membership. I have left 5 messages on their phone. No one ever calls me back and their website is "under construction". Cannot recommend! Update: Finally got through and they were very friendly and quickly cancelled my membership. While I think they need to return phone calls much quicker than several weeks, overall I feel obligated to up their number since I did enjoy the service and believe that the membership price is a good deal.

Worst car wash experience ever!!! Wasted my money here. Only the trunk part was clean rest everything was the same as before.

Terrible — car emerged just as dirty as when it stated, but wet and smeared with soap scum that quickly turned to ice. Paid for the wash and polish, but there was no polish, no drying, and a few listless passes with a mop. Waste of $30.

Been coming here for many years, but recently it’s been a flip of a coin. Just took the wife’s car back and they offered to rewash. Came out the same way second time around. Mineral Water spots and no tire shine. Told me the tires looked clean to him. Glad the car wash cleaned my tires , would have been more impressed had they gotten dressed since I paid for it and gave them two tries. Told me to call his boss if I wanted any other resolution… my resolution is just not use then next year…
