My tow truck driver, Jacob, was an absolute lifesaver. From the moment he arrived, he was calm, professional, and incredibly kind, putting me at ease during a stressful situation. He handled my car with care, explained everything clearly, and went above and beyond to make sure I felt safe and supported. His friendly attitude and genuine willingness to help turned a bad day into a much better one. I’m truly grateful for Jacob’s exceptional service and dedication.

Thanks to All Ways Towing for saving the day! My car caught a flat late night, and the other tow company marked the service as complete but never showed. Jacob came with courteous and prompt service! :)

Dennis was amazing. He called me when he was near the pickup location and even though the parking lot was full of police he just went right to work! He had to maneuver my car around because police cars were blocking it but he had it up on the truck super fast! He was also nice enough to answer the next day when I accidentally called his phone to ask where the keys were because the mechanic couldn't find them (I meant to call dispatch and also he put them exactly where you'd expect). He put me right at ease even though it was really late at night in a sketchy place with a crime investigation happening, lol. Super professional and helpful - I will absolutely on All Ways next time (my car is terrible so there will definitely be one).

I broke down tonight and Joseph came to the rescue. Very professional and very polite. Hard working individual and takes care of his costumers very well. Thank you Joseph for towing my truck and getting me home safe. Would def recommend anyone who needs towing.
