Horrible!! I picked up parts from LaPort store to take to my mechanic in Seabrook. Not only were all the parts wrong, they wouldn't deliver the right parts to the shop. After sitting at the mechanic shop for 4 hours trying to locate the right parts, I'm out the price for the wrong parts plus the cost of the correct parts. Over $600 for what should have cost me $300 . The original parts (rotors) came from NAPA and didn't last 8 months.... now this. I'll never spend another dinner with them!

They had exactly what I needed for a great price! It seemed quite busy, but I didn't have to wait more than a minute or two. The worker who served me was polite, friendly, & efficient.

I placed an order online and had to pick it up in store so I chose the closest NAPA to me and this was it. I went inside and was standing around for a minute, waiting for anyone to acknowledge me. When someone finally did, he said someone would help me soon. Another minute went by and I was asked what I needed help with and I said I placed an online order. Without looking around or anything the man says there's no outstanding online orders waiting. I was confused and checked my confirmation email from NAPA to make sure I was at the right location, and I was. He ended up asking 2 or 3 other people if there were any online orders waiting to be picked up and everyone kept saying no. I travel all over the coast here in the U.S for work with my crew boat and this is one of the better ones. Guys and gals here are all very helpful and go the extra mile to get you your parts. Better then my home town NAPA and I love my NAPA!

Went there to replace my truck batteries under warranty, Ms Elizabeth was so courteous and helpful. You must ask for her. This Napa is the best one I ever been to.
