I can’t say enough good things about Zoom Car Wash! The facility is always incredibly clean and well kept. You can tell they take pride in maintaining the property, from the wash tunnel to the vacuum stations and everything in between. Chris and the rest of the staff are outstanding. They’re always courteous, professional, and more than willing to help with anything you need. It’s rare to find a team that’s consistently friendly and attentive every single visit, but they truly are. The Ultimate Wash is hands down the best deal around—especially if you have multiple cars. The value you get for the quality of the wash and the convenience just can’t be beat. If you’re in the La Porte area and want your vehicle looking its best, this is the place to go!

His enthusiasm and straightforward approach made the decision easy—I signed up for the membership right then and there. The wash itself was quick, efficient, and surprisingly thorough. Great experience overall. Caroline does an outstanding job. She’s always friendly, professional, and carries herself with a positive attitude that really stands out. Employees like her make the whole experience feel welcoming and well-run. The conveyor belt team that does the manual brushing before the tunnel can sometimes seem a little rushed, but considering how fast-paced the environment is and the variety of customers they deal with, that’s understandable. Overall, the service here is solid, and I appreciate the hard work the staff puts in.
