WOULD ONLY RECOMMEND GOING IF ON THE FOLLOWING OIL CHANGE YOU ARE WILLING TO WASTE YOUR TIME HOPING THEY GET IT RIGHT ON THE NEXT ONE. Horrible horrible customer service lack of accountability from at multiple locations (the managers are friends) had to go out of town today but was in need of an oil change went to go get serviced just for the tech and manager at another quick oil change place to say they are refusing service due to the severity of the damage to the drain plug go to my nearest valvoline to try to get it resolved turns out the manager at the location I went to is buddys with the manager at this one came up showed me my “not to damaged drain plug because the threads and gasket where fine” and critiqued the terminology saying how the other stores tech and manager where just be

Bianca was my representative who helped me pick out the best service for my vehicle. Chris inspected my oil and power steering, Lavelle did all under vehicle work, and I appreciated Christy attitude and kindness being greeted for my service. Chris was very knowledgeable and I will be coming back for my next service.
Bianca, Caleb and Aaron were absolutely amazing. They checked everything out and even told us the few things we need to get fixed on our lemon car. There was no bullshit and they were totally honest about things as they went.
Guys and Gal are professionals and friendly. They took care of my vehicle’s maintenance and I was in and out. Shop was clean and in order.
