What can I say? I could go on for hours and still not tell you how great we were treated here! We had a trailer that was involved in a hit-and-run while we were driving across Michigan. We lost the complete left side of our dolly - tire, rim and brakes. It was midnight, and I looked these gentlemen up on Google. I was able to get the trailer towed at three in the morning and dropped off in front of their station. Left a message on their answering machine and they called me the next morning to tell me that parts are on order And he’ll keep me up-to-date. It took 24 hours to get the parts in. I'm a veteran living on Disability from Iraq service related injuries and needed an estimate done on a budget. Was referred here from my nurses at the Cadillac VA clinic. They were amazing! Where do I begin man, I brought my car in for a vacuum break pump, they said they could do it for like $1300, left it there came back and now my throttle was messed up and my car wouldn’t go faster than 25mph, took it back and left it there. After 3 weeks picked it up, check engine light was on and they gave me some dumbass excuse, I accepted, drove half way home and my car was out of oil, they didn’t seal something right in my engine bay and it was leaking oil for 40 miles, all after 4 months and over $5000 in the hole.
