Dean's Body Shop Inc

My husband brought his truck in for an estimate for damage from a car wash. My husband was told Dean's doesn't do estimates and the customer pays the entire expense and then files a claim with their insurance company (specifically Allstate and State Farm) who will then deny it. I have never heard of such a thing and our insurance agent was very interested to hear this business make this accusation. We have had Allstate for over 30 years and they have ALWAYS taken care of us. We will never visit Dean's again and certainly would never recommend Dean's to anyone!

I recently took my Toyota Rav 4 into Deanś to do body work after being attacked by a deer. :) The service at Dean´s was top notch. Not only did they do amazing work on my car but they kept me updated every step of the way. It´s rare to find a team that is both professional, friendly and does phenomenal work. Dean's Body Shop has worked on a couple of my vehicles and both have come out looking flawless. I have seen color mismatch on vehicles right out of the body shop - not with Dean's. Color matches perfectly and the work is immaculate. Ross that tends to the front service desk is a pleasure to deal with. Very nice, organized and knows what he is talking about. The same goes for Kevin as well. Recently I had Dean's Body Shop work on a vehicle through insurance. They were extremely helpful to me as this was my first time doing such. They deal with insurance companies regularly, put you at ease and explain what you need to do. Dean's level of quality is well worth the price. We had a hit n run type accident in the Meijer parking lot, insurance gave us two choices to fix that they work with which would make payment easier...first place told us 15 days (workdays no weekends) which comes out to 3 weeks....thatseemed unreasonable...so we went to Deans. They told us about a week, which it was. Their work was excellent+ couldn't have asked for a better experience. They communicated well with finish time. The truck looked so good when we picked it up...inside & out. Highly recommend them...very professional & personable.

It's usually not a good day when you require the services of a body shop (e.g., someone just hit your parked car), but Dean's makes it a bit better. Thanks again for the outstanding service this morning.
