Bought a vehicle here and had to turn around and buy a brand new set of tires not even a month later. The tires the vehicle came with were fortune brand that specifically state on the Manufacturers website not intended for snow and ice. Not sure why they are selling vehicle with tires intended for winter weather in northern Michigan ( purchased in December) I reached out and asked if there was anything at all they could do. They basically said sorry you’re not happy with the tires but we won’t do anything. Glad I had to spend $800 on the car I had just purchased. I would have been happy if they would have paid half a months payment for me but nothing was offered. Can’t recommend to anyone now. Excellent service!! I had A LOT of questions and she didn't seem bothered by it at all. The woman helping me was very knowledgeable and understanding of my situation. I'm very thankful for individuals in the service industry who obviously are passionate about what they do. 5/5 stars. All day.

Entire staff was amazingly helpful. Worked with me and got me the car I needed. Barry was great and found me what I needed. Whitney was incredibly helpful and explained everything really well. Will recommend and use again if I ever need to!
