I’m 33 years old and held onto my first vehicle for 17 years. It was time to upgrade, and I was so excited when I saw the jeep I really wanted in their parking lot. I bought it same day, and as soon as I drove it home the check engine light came on. Anabali told me to bring it back in so they could read the code. It their mechanic said it was the O2 sensor, days went by the car was getting worse. So Sully, one of the employees had me take it to get a new catalytic converter. They paid for that, I did not have to cover that. However, falsely diagnosed. Long story short, I Feel they cleared all the codes before I bought it so they could sell a lemon. The new jeep ended up being a $13,000 job needing a new engine. Their warranty company is absolutely garbage. And the auto shop that worked on

👎🏼 Zero stars (if that were an option)....I walked in expecting a reputable dealer. SPOILER ALERT: what I got was a very expensive lesson in misplaced trust. In a brief lapse of judgment known as parental panic, I paid nearly double what the car was worth. That part’s on me. BUT, eighteen days later, when issues showed up and we brought the car back, the response was basically: wow, that’s rough… good luck though. A couple of minor things were fixed, but conversation, eye contact, or accountability? Not included in the purchase. The glowing reviews make more sense now—especially when they appear to come from people with the same last name. Learn from my mistake and GO ANYWHERE ELSE!
