They charged almost $200 more than quoted price upon vehicle pick up without any notification of additional charges to replace thermostat housing, which is worst case scenario a 5-10 minute job on this particular rig. I had the part sitting on front seat that they were able to use since I had recently changed out thermostat but didn't swap housing at the time since I didn't notice any leaks. The mechanic called to let me know that fluid was leaking out the housing but didn't mention any additional cost to swap out. I assumed due to providing the part, easy access, two bolts and quick change out, that he wouldn't add any significant charges to my bill, let alone almost $200. The other repairs I brought the vehicle in for seemed reasonable so I thought I finally found a decent and trustworth

These guys are great.. I got an appointment pretty quickly. They listened to me explain my problem and called me three times throughout the day explaining detailed information on what they found and the end cost before they did the work.. I had no surprises on my bill and my jeep is running better than it has in years.. Bottom line is they did an amazing job. Fast, courteous,detailed information and a very fair price.. Al always treats us great, from my daddy going to him for decades, to my military daughter who was visiting, to my husband and I, he does an awesome job and gets it done quick. Highly recommend
