I had work for two insurance claims and a glass claim done at Eastmont. Cesar was unfailingly capable, communicative and reliable. They took care of everything directly with my insurance company so it was as easy as possible for me. I live two hours away from the shop and when there was a miscommunication about the plan for me to pick up my car, the owner Isidro immediately went above and beyond to make it right, ultimately driving my car to me, and washing and vacuuming it - it looks brand new. This is the kind of business that deserves to flourish; good people doing high quality work. I will be recommending to everyone I know.

I had an appointment scheduled for December 17th 2025 and arrived at the agreed time. When I got there, I was told they wouldn’t be able to see my vehicle because other vehicles were prioritized after the weekend. There was no call or notice beforehand — I only found out after showing up. After that, the shop rescheduled me to Christmas Eve, but when I arrived, the shop was not open. Again, there was no communication letting me know they would be closed. I understand shops get busy, especially around the holidays, but this was extremely poor communication and a complete disregard for a customer’s time. Had a great experience with the repair of the front bumper of my vehicle. Timeliness of the repair was as expected. You can't tell there were any repairs performed. The paint job matches perfectly. I recommend this body shop.
