Went during a busy time, so waited about half an hr, but they are always super friendly and kind. Not sure if they change their policies but I used to get a discount automatically with three services for a full service of oil change. Staff always asked if I need an air filter replacement and this time I had to request to check on the air filter.
Got in very quick and the price was given upfront. Love how fast they did my oil change
The Valvoline Instant Oil Change in East Wenatchee has an outstanding crew. Courteous & efficient. Anthony recognizes me each time I go in for an oil change, after months of not seeing me. He goes above and beyond. Had trouble with my cabin air filter HE discovered! He personally did the repair and now checks it every time. Highly recommend Valvoline Instant Oil Change, East Wenatchee! The manager was very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions swiftly. They were also incredibly personable engaging me in easygoing conversation. I didn't feel like I was being "upsold"at any point, I felt like a friend was giving me honest recommendations.
Stopped in for an oil change and was in and out in about 15–20 minutes while staying in my car the whole time. The techs walked me through what they were doing, checked fluids and other basic items, and didn’t pressure me into extra services I didn’t want. Prices were clearly explained up front and the receipt listed everything that was done. Overall, friendly staff, quick service, and my car runs great so far.
