This store was my savior last week when I was stuck in Wenatchee getting parts for a motorhome. The staff were extremely helpful! Got all the parts I needed quickly! The service was always very quick! Never had to repeat myself one time when they were gathering information. They help each other for a smooth workflow when gathering parts and info for you! Some of the best costumer service I have had in a long time!!! Thanks for the scans, spark plugs, ignition coils, MAF sensor, and last but not least injectors! She is smooth sailing now!

Super fast i had to return/exchange a purches and as well as the teller being very perfessional (didnt get his name, but he was working on the 7th at 6pm, i got my refund back on my card almost instantly, good going o'reillys:)

Bad starter and was able to get it tested and buy a new was super quickly. No issues. Great help

Huge shout out to Phil at this location! My family and I are from Olympia, but in town for a soccer tournament. While here, my ac was not working properly and I was desperate to find someone who could help me evaluate what could be the problem. I tried calling several auto shops on my own and was not having any luck! Phil made some calls and talked with another customer in the store and they connected me with a gentleman who was able to see me and helped! You have no idea how much it meant to me and my family! Thank you Phil!!!

I was satisfied to a point. This was my first time at this establishment I stood in line for about 5 min waiting to talk to a sales associate about getting a starter bench tested. Once I was at the counter I had asked the sales associate if he could test a starter for me. He at first pulled a starter from the shelf behind the register for some reason as if I was there to pick one up and I said I'm not here to purchase one. I want to make sure this one isn't bad first. He took the starter to the back and then came back out and assisted 3 other people before bench testing the starter I had asked him to do. But he then asked me to come back and look at the test as it was ran and the starter passed. Thank you so much you saved me, or rather yet saved my client $160-$200
