Al’s Garage Too

A friend of mine from Mavis suggested I take my Mini Cooper there. I was a little worried because Mini coopers are hard to work on. They did an amazing job, they took me in right away!! The woman that greets you is just fantastic. Very communicative. Worked on my car and was not overly expensive. Got it done in a reasonable time. I will definitely be bringing my other cars there

Horrible auto shop. The good reviews that this shop received must have been from them. Took my car there and had to have another shop fix what they did. Called the owner and he said….Oh well, I didn’t work on your car. The person that did….questionable!

Wasted a few hundred dollars and lots of time with them. They had my car for several days and kept telling me nothing was wrong and the car starts every time. When I went to pick it up it wouldn't start. I wonder if they even looked at it. Allen then said that now he knows what the problem is but I'd have to bring it back another day. Well he replaced a part for a few hundred dollars, and a week later the same thing started happening. I called them to complain and he started shouting at me that he had told me he wasn't sure if it would fix it or not. This is a lie. He also told me he saved me money because I wanted to have a starter out in originally but that wasn't the problem. Also a lie. He clearly doesn't know what he is talking about and got super defensive when complained the sli

The woman at the desk is so kind and funny. I won't go anywhere else because she is just so considerate and awesome. The mechanics are quick with smaller services which is awesome. Nothing worse than waiting hours for something that can be done quickly, like an oil change or something minor. They definitely don't make anything a hassle. Awesome shop.
