Altus Express Car Wash

Great car wash! Mr. Harold came over to us as we were vacuuming out our pickup to make sure we were satisfied and didn’t have any trouble. Hopefully he is the manager her because he’s a huge reason we don’t want to go anywhere else for a wash and vacuum. Very genuine and kind. Thank you!

Paid for the platinum wash (highest available). Even with front grill pre-wash bug guts still on the front and all over the windshield. The dash wipe is a nice touch. I also used the vacuums. They work. Sad about how much dirt was still on the wheel well and mudflaps. Some rags at the vacuums would help me wipe down the doors and frame. (It's just a commuter car, so it wasn't really that dirty. Sad how much dirt was left behind.) Something is better than nothing.

Decided to give this place another chance and get a deluxe wash. Unfortunately there isn’t anything deluxe about it. My car should not still be dirty in multiple places after a $20 car wash.

Harrold was amazing as always ! I took my mother’s truck for washing and he totally jumped in and helped me put her tarp back on in 2 little clicks! I love the place they folks are always helpful and friendly! Thank you Harrold for your kindness!!! It truly goes a long ways !
