Absolutely the best!!! Chris walked me through the entire process of totaling my car after an accident, including all the insurance components. Not only did he take time to explain the damage to my car, but he was genuinely concerned about my well being. His is extremely professional and knowledgeable. I can’t say enough or thank him enough!

After months of dealing with my sensor showing my Driver’s door open and my interior light coming on every time I made a hard right turn, and multiple body shops that the dealer put my car in being unable to even diagnose the problem, much less fix it, I took it to Amelia Collision on a whim one day. Chris was very nice and willing to take a look at it for me. He had it diagnosed and fixed in 10-15 minutes, after which he took the time to explain the issue to me. In the past, anywhere that I have had to take my car, they have always had this attitude that I’m a woman and wouldn’t understand them trying to explain the issue to me. Chris didn’t make me feel that way, and explained everything about the problem in detail to me. I will never take my vehicle anywhere else again!

Chris and his team did a fabulous job on my mother's car. She is extremely particular and she is happy to note that there is no evidence her car was ever damaged. He went above and beyond to accommodate her, worked with the insurance company so she would not be overwhelmed, helped her with her rental and returned her car to her personally, shiny and clean. Amelia Collision is truly the only good experience I’ve ever had with a body shop. (I’ve got a deer hitting and asian woman driving experience, so I’d know! Lol) Chris is very knowledgeable and is a perfectionist in his trade. I spent minimal time interacting with my insurance company as Chris was able to communicate with them personally. If there were any issues or questions, he was prompt in responding to me via phone or text. The body work was fantastic and the paint job was immaculate. It looked brand new, guys! I’d recommend his services to family and friends and won’t take my vehicle to any other shop from here out! I never knew having my car repaired could be this seamless and am so thankful to have found their services.
