From the moment I walked in, the staff was welcoming and attentive, making sure all my concerns were addressed. The quality of work was exceptional; my car looks as good as new! They paid great attention to detail, and it’s clear that they take pride in their craftsmanship. I was particularly impressed with how they handled the insurance process, which made everything so much easier for me. Communication was key during the repair process, and I appreciated the regular updates on the status of my vehicle. They completed the repairs on time, which was a huge relief. I have had the pleasure of using DRP Collision. They are truly the experts when it comes to repairing a vehicle after an accident. I understand the owner, many years ago, used to teach collision repair at a technical school. Which speaks volumes to his expertise because apparently he has instilled his knowledge to his employees. I have trusted DRP to repair several of my family members vehicles. I also referred a friend to DRP after his car was severely burned by a fire and they restored the vehicle to perfection. My friend was extremely pleased. I have referred my co-workers to them as well. What I love about them is the repairs are all done in their shop. They do not farm out any of the work. They are better than going back to a dealership, who at times have to farm out work.

DRP consistently over delivers on expectations. I have taken my car in numerous times over the years to get windshields replaced (a technical calibration on a Mercedes) and I leave with a clean car! An unexpected extra! Not only did they help me navigate the insurance claim, they were respectful of my time and worked fast to get me in and out and back on the road. The staff is friendly, helpful, used my name and even sent a thank you note. I drive by several other shops to see them because I know the level of service is worth it.

I've taken multiple cars to Kendall and his team over the years. Hit a deer, was in a fender bender, etc. Kendall not once, but every single time provided more than just an auto body service. In helping me get my vehicles back on the road, he went over and above to help navigate the process including guiding me through the various nuances of insurance. His team is always respectful, kind, and incredibly helpful any time I go into the office. He consistently offers more value to his customers than he takes in payment, making it easy to recommend him.
