The employees at Carquest are super friendly and very knowledgeable, and they go the extra mile to get you what you need. I don't know much about cars or car parts, so it is very important to me to feel in good hands. And with the people working there at Carquest Amelia, I do.
The phone number you get here is NOT their number. It's the number of an elderly lady who is sick and tired of getting these calls constantly. You guys need to figure out what's going on with this and fix it. Not only are you annoying this elderly lady, you are missing who knows how many calls and their business. And it's inconveniencing the customers calling for information.
Great customer service, lots of parts in store. Definitely the one stop shop for all of your automotive needs.
Called and got specific part lookup for my car, picked it up before they closed and they had it ready at the register from my call.
