I had reserved a vehicle few weeks prior to today 2/13/26. I reserved via phone call. Paid deposit and went to pick the car up mind you I called into this place several times before i went to pick the car up. Once I got there I was told the vehicle was unsafe 3 bad tires that couldn’t be replaced due to having to be ordered. I explained to the gentleman that was working that I had plans, and if something was wrong with the vehicle. They should’ve let me know when I called in there twice I called back into this business to ask what was the total that was going to be refunded to my card . At that time, the gentleman told me that they had gotten the tires for the car after I had wrote a review on their page. Not good service nor is it a good look.

Great rental car company! Shannon was so kind and professional. I’m from out-of-town and he helped me tremendously when my car broke down and had to be towed prior to the snowstorm! I will always rent from this company when I’m in the area!

Best place in Staunton hands down to rent a dependable car for the day. Deposit is the most affordable in the area. Can't say enough good things about them. Colocated in Charlie Obaugh. Was an Enterprise loyal customer the last 15 years until I found them. No looking back now.

Our truck broke down while visiting from out of town. They were the only ones we called that had a car for us right away and a great price too!
