The staff are wonderful (and fun) to work with and I always get outstanding service. They do great work at a good price and stand by their quality guaranties. If they can’t give you the best deal, they will provide recommendations. I love that level of integrity in customer service.

Their customer service and honest fair prices are the best! They helped me out on short notice and made the whole experience a blessing. I was on a long road trip and had radiator hoses blowout. After making many unsuccessful inquiries for the parts with Ford dealers and other autoparts stores the day before Thanksgiving I knew it was unlikely I would be back on the road anytime soon. After calling American Automotive they told me they searched for the parts that were not easy to find on short notice. They made a special trip for the parts located 1.5 hrs. away to be delivered and then installed the same day for me when all other shops said a few days at best. Hands down recommended American Automotive!! I was driving 95 N the other day and hit something in the road. My car began to overheat not too long after so I pulled off on the shoulder. And of course, my luck, antifreeze everywhere except where it needed to be. Called around and the closest shop was American. The woman that answered my call, Missy, was not only helpful but an absolute sweetheart!! Being as i was 1 exit from there I filled up my reservoir and got it there quickly. Missy got someone to fit me in their busy schedule so I could get back on the road as soon as possible!! I cant thank them and her enough!

Trust them with all my tire needs. Never scratched a rim and everything balanced perfectly. Just did another set and the owner was so concerned he did the set himself. I really do appreicate their attention to detail and concern. Friendly staff, always helpful. I will continue to return for my tire mounting needs and refer them at every oppurtunity.
