I had such a great experience today thanks to William and Tom! I called this morning hoping to get an appointment for my tires, and William was incredibly professional with excellent customer service. He made the process easy and was able to get me scheduled right away, which I really appreciated. When I arrived, Tom was just as wonderful — very welcoming and hospitable. He took the time to show me the lounge area, coffee, and even the popcorn station, which made the wait much more comfortable. The Wi-Fi access was a huge bonus and allowed me to catch up on some personal tasks I had been putting off. Bob was very kind, patient, and explained everything clearly. And Tom is simply the best — he fixed everything and made sure my vehicle was in excellent condition. Great guys. I called and less than an hour after my call, they took my vehicle in the shop and patched the screw from the inside of the tire, not a plug from the outside. They have great deals on tires. They’ve done several vehicles for me. I cannot recommend Tommy and the rest of the crew enough.

Got four new tires mounted & balanced with a wheel alignment March 2026. Great service, over the phone and in-person. Follow-ups were consistent with everything explained and discussed along the way. Thank you for the great service!

As soon as I walked into the main reception area, was met with friendly staff. Gave me a price out the door that beat other companies. Granted , I am from SC, and my prices were from a franchise and a dealership, I was immediately happy. 2 days later, tires on my Ford Escape within 2 hrs. All good. (Great)
