The office hours are a little confusing, and it was a slight challenge having someone answer the office phone or follow up. You have to go there in person. Also, be sure to secure an offer made here. Mike gave me a verbal offer one day and lowered it a couple of days after on the date of sale . Overall, I would consider doing business here again.

Great price and efficient service! John strikes me as a very nice, decent and honest man. Definitely would recommend to anyone who needs to get rid of a car. It may be hard to get through the phone though, since they are so busy.
