I accidentally scuffed the rear door panel of my Lexus after pulling in too close to my garage. The team at Sal’s—especially Tom and Shannon—were extremely polite and professional throughout the entire process. They were able to completely remove the scuffs, and they even saved me $150 by letting me know that the door guard they had originally ordered was no longer necessary. The turnaround time was less than a few hours, which I really appreciated. I would definitely use them again (though hopefully I won’t need to!) and highly recommend their services.

If I ever need to go back to a body shop I will be coming here and forever recommending it to everyone. They were truly understanding when I called several times a day at the end of this whole process after being there for two months due to insurance delays and were kind enough to keep me updated and speed things along as best as they could. Thank you guys so much, my car looks great, as if it never happened.

Selected this body shop based on other great reviews I read and I’m glad I did. They kept me updated on my cars status as parts were taking a little longer to come in due to an outage and the holiday. Upon picking it up, they even cleaned the interior and exterior!! From the service work, to the customer service I would 100% recommend! As someone who is new to the New Brunswick area, I’ve found my new auto shop for my car needs!
