Empire Mazda of Green Brook Service

My experience today was awesome. I was a little late for my appointment and Janet still took great care of me. I thought I was going to have to wait along time for my service but it wasn't long at all. It literally took about 30 minutes which was totally unexpected! Great service and I can definitely tell it has improved over the years! Thanks so much Janet for your awesome customer service! You rock!

Enrique, the salesperson who helped me, is amazing — very friendly, patient, and truly customer-oriented. Even after the sale, he continues to stay in touch to make sure everything is going smoothly. Omar, the manager, was professional and helpful. And Janet Campora, the service advisor, was kind, attentive, and genuinely tried to help every time I visited. I know it’s part of her job, but it really shows when someone goes the extra mile to make things easier for you. I really appreciate the excellent customer service from the team.

Parts department is a nightmare! So first problem was to find that department, because there is no one sign. And how I figured out later that’s in TOYOTA. Do the parts department of Mazda physically at TOYOTA!!!!! I had to wait 20 minutes to just find any worker of that department. Is it should be like that? I DONT THINK SO🤬
